FAREWELL TO GOLD!
Huge gold bullion coins collection video that I filmed right before selling it. In this video I will show you my collection of large gold bullion coins of the world for the last time! This collection was sold to a happy buyer. I came across a great real estate opportunity that I could not refuse. So in a few days I will be wrapping all my coins together with the case and shipping it (insured) to that lucky guy. I am glad that I didn’t have to sell it coin by coin and that this collection ended up in one place. The new owner said he was not going to sell these coins, he would only add to this collection. It is sad to let it go, but a gold bullion collector should always be ready to sell when opportunity knocks. After all it’s just gold! I wish you the best in all of your endeavors! Thanks for watching!

Investing in 1946 – 2012 US Nickels for their Metal Content
A US Nickel contains 75% copper and 25% nickel. The 1938 through 1942 D versions of the nickel are also made of the same composition, but generally are sold for a premium over their melt value due to rarity. As of Feb. 2012, the melt value of a Nickel is 5.6 cents. It costs the US Mint around 9 cents to make a nickel. They are looking to change the composition and sooner or later it is going to happen. There is no sorting that is needed for Nickels right now. Once the composition is changed, people will have to start sorting out the 75 / 25% Nickels from the cheap ones.
