    FAREWELL TO GOLD!

Huge gold bullion coins collection video that I filmed right before selling it. In this video I will show you my collection of large gold bullion coins of the world for the last time! This collection was sold to a happy buyer. I came across a great real estate opportunity that I could not refuse. So in a few days I will be wrapping all my coins together with the case and shipping it (insured) to that lucky guy. I am glad that I didn’t have to sell it coin by coin and that this collection ended up in one place. The new owner said he was not going to sell these coins, he would only add to this collection. It is sad to let it go, but a gold bullion collector should always be ready to sell when opportunity knocks. After all it’s just gold! I wish you the best in all of your endeavors! Thanks for watching!

Jim Rogers: Audit the Fed, Then Abolish It

Yahoo Finance Tech Ticker – December 10th, 2009 Count famed investor Jim Rogers as an ardent support of Congressman Ron Paul’s effort to audit the Fed. The Fed is “the only institution in the world I know of that doesn’t expect to be audited,” Rogers says in the accompanying video. “It’s incomprehensible to me these people are saying they have no reason to be audited — they must have done something wrong, must have something to hide.” A longtime critic of Ben Bernanke and his predecessor, Rogers goes a (big) step further than merely auditing the Fed, suggesting we get rid of the central bank altogether. “We don’t need the Fed. The Fed is making our lives miserable,” the famed financier says. “The Fed is printing huge amounts of money, which we’ll have to pay for sometime. The Fed is borrowing gigantic amounts of money on their balance sheet…the numbers are so staggering that this is going to have ramifications before too much longer.” With an eye on history, Rogers notes the current Fed is America’s third central bank: the First Bank of the US was created in 1791 with a 20-year charter. The Second Bank was created in 1816 with the same term. The current Fed was chartered in 1913. Arguably, the current Fed is the nation’s fourth central bank if you count the National Banking Act of 1863-64, but Rogers’ point remains the same: America survived and prospered without a central bank for long periods and can do so again. If Rogers is right, this won’t be an academic

                25th Anniversary Silver Eagle Set

Coins in American Eagle 25th Anniversary Silver Five-Coin Set The coins listed to be a part of the American Eagle 25th Anniversary Silver Five-Coin Set include: 2011 Silver Eagle Bullion Coin The Silver Eagle Bullion Coin is the silver investment-grade coin produced by the United States Mint since 1986 as a low-cost option for investors seeking to add small amounts of the white metal to their portfolios. Literally millions of these are struck each year and are typically sold through the Mint’s network of authorized purchasers. No mintmark is present on these strikes which are produced at either the United States Mint’s facility at West Point or the facility in San Francisco. 2011-W Silver Eagle Proof Coin The Proof Silver Eagles were also first introduced in 1986, but these strikes were created solely with collectors in mind. Each is struck multiple times from specially burnished blanks which results in a high level of detail and a mirror-like field. This coin is produced at the United States Mint’s facility in West Point and contains the appropriate ‘W’ mintmark. 2011-P Silver Eagle Reverse Proof Coin The Reverse Proof Silver Eagle is not a coin typically struck by the Mint. It features a frosted background and mirrored devices which is the opposite of the standard proof Eagle. It is not the first time the United States Mint struck such a coin, but if only appears in this anniversary set its mintage may make it one of the key coins in any American Eagle collection

                    American Gold Buffalo

The American Buffalo, also known as a gold buffalo, is a 24-karat gold bullion coin first offered for sale by the United States Mint on June 22, 2006, and available for shipment beginning on July 13. The coin follows the greatly admired design of the Indian Head nickel and has gained its nickname from the American Bison on the reverse side of the design. This was the first time ever that the United States Government has minted pure (.9999) 24-karat gold coins for the public.[1] The coin has a legal tender (face) value of US.
